- Face toward the camera, both eyes in focus
- Natural daylight — indoor lighting can distort coat colour
- One pet per photo (we'll take additional pets separately)
- Add the pet's name and dates below if you'd like them on the portrait
Detailed markings need a good photo. Intricate tabby patterns, merle colouring and bicolour faces can lose definition if the source image is dark or soft. We check every photo before we start — if it won't work, we'll tell you and ask for another one.
