That's the whole point, and it's why we show you a free preview first. Your pet's breed, coat markings, eye colour and face shape are preserved from your photo. If the preview isn't recognisably your pet, you don't pay — and we'll gladly try again with a clearer photo.
Most portraits are delivered within a few hours. Our Keepsake tier is guaranteed same-day. This matters if you need something for a memorial service or a last-minute gift — a hand-painted studio typically needs 2–3 weeks.
Yes, and we say so plainly. Our portraits are created with AI tools and refined by hand before delivery. We never describe them as hand-painted, because they aren't. What you get is a consistent, print-quality file at a fraction of a painted commission's price.
A clear, front-facing shot in natural daylight, with both eyes in focus. Indoor lighting can distort coat colour — a brown dog photographed under warm bulbs can read as red. If your photo isn't suitable, we'll tell you before you pay.
Every order includes a set number of generations — 10 on Single, 20 on Keepsake and 30 on Multi-Style Set — and you can use them across different styles for 90 days from purchase. Adding a name or dates is free any time before the final file is issued. If you use them all, email us and we will look after it.
If we never deliver a portrait, you get a full refund. If the delivered file doesn't match what you approved in the preview, we'll fix it or refund you. Full details are in our Terms & Refund Policy.
